MOVEMENT WITHIN BANDS. Progression of an employee from one level to the next within a Band shall not be automatic but shall be dependent upon the achievement of the following: The acquisition and/or demonstration of new or enhanced responsibilities which expand the scope and delivery of the position responsibilities as required by the authority but remaining within the evaluation critiera for the Band. (As per Clause 11 Performance Planning & Review Process)
