Moving Days Allowance a. When calculating a Pilot’s allowable, uninterruptable Days for such Company Paid Move, five hundred (500) statute miles, or any portions thereof, measured Domicile to Domicile, shall equal one (1) allowable Day for the move. The minimum allowable Moving Days shall be three (3) Days and the maximum allowable Moving Days shall not exceed seven (7) Days. The Pilot will be required to show proof of an actual Move to the Domicile. b. A Pilot newly hired by the Company shall be allowed three (3) uninterruptible consecutive Days free of all Duty, for purposes of making his move to his Domicile. These three (3) Days shall commence the first Day after the New Hire Pilot’s release by Training and prior to the Pilot’s first Duty assignment. c. A Pilot entering a newly opened base shall be allowed three (3) uninterruptible consecutive Days free of all Duty, for purposes of making his move to his Domicile. d. The Pilot shall coordinate with Crew Services for scheduling his allowable Moving Days and the Company shall approve his allowable Moving Days within thirty (30) Days after the submission of his request to Crew Services. e. The Company shall bear no responsibility for additional expenses, or Moving Days back to the Pilot’s previous Position and Domicile, if a Pilot elects to take Moving Days prior to extended Training and subsequently does not complete such Training (e.g., Training failure). This provision shall not be applicable if the Company cancels the Pilot’s Training.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.

  • Moving Allowance With the prior approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee concerning reimbursable costs, employees involuntarily transferred to a new job location fifty miles or more from the employee’s old residence than the old residence was from the old job location shall be reimbursed for receipted moving expenses, as provided in the IRS guidelines. For the purposes of this section, promotions and the exercise of any bumping option shall be considered as a voluntary transfer. Notwithstanding the above, at the discretion of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee, employees may be reimbursed for moving expenses. 9.6.1 If an employee, whose moving expenses (all or a part) have been paid, resigns within one calendar year of the move, the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee may require the employee to reimburse the Agency for a portion of the moving expenses, based on the length of time the employee worked after the move. 9.6.2 Employees who have been involuntarily transferred or have exercised bumping rights to another geographical location of the State shall be allowed up to twenty-four hours of time off with pay for the purpose of attending to their personal affairs in their present location and establishing their personal affairs in their new location. Such time off from work must be approved in advance by the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Relocation Allowance An employee who is promoted and required by agency policy to relocate his residence shall be granted time off with pay for one workday for this purpose. In addition, the employee shall be granted travel time to the new location based on the most direct route. No employee will be credited with more than the number of hours in the employee’s regular workday and such time shall not be counted as hours worked for the purpose of computing compensatory time or overtime.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Travel time allowance All employees shall be paid an allowance (See Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance shall also be paid for rostered days off.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • On Call Allowance (a) An employee who agrees to be on call, that is, the employee agrees to make themselves ready and available to return to work at short notice whilst off duty, shall be paid the allowance, for each period of 24 hours or part thereof, set out in Item 17 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement. (b) An employee who is directed to remain on call during a meal break shall be paid the meal break allowance set out in Item 18 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement, provided that no allowance shall be paid if, during a period of 24 hours, including such period of on call, the employee is entitled to receive the allowance prescribed in sub-clause 20.5(a). (c) Where an employee on call in accordance with sub-clause 20.5(a), leaves the residential aged care facility and is recalled to duty, she or he shall be reimbursed all reasonable fares and expenses actually incurred. Where in these circumstances the employee elects to use his or her own vehicle the employee shall be paid the per kilometre allowance set out in Item 5 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement. (d) This subclause shall not apply to a Director of Nursing, Deputy Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
