MSA Term. The term of this MSA commences on the Effective Date, and continues through the expiration of any Service Order placed hereunder (the “Term”). In the event that the MSA expires or is terminated because no Service Order is in effect at any given time, and then Customer orders new Services, the Term of the MSA shall automatically be reinstated to run concurrently with any new Service Order(s).
MSA Term. The MSA term shall begin on the date of this MSA and shall continue until the expiration or earlier termination of the last SLA which remains subject to the terms of this MSA (the "MSA Term").
MSA Term. This MSA will remain valid and binding until the expiration or termination of all of the Services provisioned by Allstream on or after the Effective Date. This MSA and all Service Orders shall collectively be referred to as the “Agreement”.
MSA Term. The MSA term shall begin on the MSA Commencement Date -------- and shall continue until midnight of the tenth (10th) anniversary of the MSA Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (the "Term").
MSA Term. Subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms, this MSA shall automatically terminate without the need for further action by either Party on the earlier of: (i) the date of expiry of the last Service Term; and (ii) the Scheduled MSA End Date, (both being subject to an extension pursuant to Section 6.3.2).
MSA Term. This MSA shall remain in effect until terminated as set forth herein (“Term”).
MSA Term. The MSA (referring not to individual Services, which will each have their own term as described in Section 3 below) shall continue in effect for one (1) year from the Effective Date (“MSA Term”), and shall then automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (“MSA Renewal Term(s)”), unless either party gives written notice to the other party of non-renewal, such notice to be delivered at least thirty (30) calendar days before the end of the MSA Term or the MSA Renewal Term. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, unless Customer is in Default, any Service being provided at the time of termination of this MSA shall continue upon the terms and conditions of this MSA until the end of the Service Term or any applicable Extension Period for Service as specified in the applicable Service Order or until such Service Order is terminated; provided, however, that Customer may not order any new Service until Customer and Atron Solutions have entered into a new agreement or mutually agreed in writing to extend this MSA.
MSA Term. The term of this MSA shall begin on the effective date of the first (or, in the event this MSA expires, the most recent) Order Form entered into by the Parties and shall endure until all Order Forms expire or are terminated. The term of the MSA, combined with the term of each applicable Order Form, shall be the term of the Agreement.
MSA Term. This MSA shall be in effect for a period of five (5) years from the Effective Date (“Initial Term”) unless terminated earlier as otherwise provided for in this MSA, and shall automatically renew for one (1) year periods thereafter (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, shall be referred to as the “Term”) until either Party notifies the other Party of its intent not to renew the MSA at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term (“Non-Renewal Notice Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that any Service Order remains in effect following such termination, this MSA shall govern and continue in effect with regard to such Service Order until the termination of such Service Order.
MSA Term. The MSA term shall begin on the MSA Commencement Date and shall continue until midnight of the fifth (5th) anniversary of the MSA Commencement Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof (the "Term"). The MSA shall renew automatically for one (1) additional period of five (5) years unless either party sends notice to the other of its election not to renew the MSA. Any such extension term shall be part of the "Term" as described herein.
