Common use of MULTI-SKILLING AND JOB ROTATION Clause in Contracts

MULTI-SKILLING AND JOB ROTATION. In recognition of the operational and efficiency requirements of the Employer and to create more varied and interesting work, it is a condition of employment that staff perform duties and functions for which they have the skills and training to perform. As the training of employees increases, additional tasks and functions may be required to be performed subject to the operational needs of the enterprise at all times. Where an employee is appointed to a position of work of higher grade duties for a fixed period, all work performed at the higher grade shall be paid at the higher grade of pay.
