Multilateral Consultations a. In the event that consultations under paragraph 1 of this Article have failed to resolve the dispute within 60 days after the date of receipt of the request for those consultations, the Contracting Parties in dispute may, by agreement, request the Parties Group to consider the matter.

Multilateral Consultations. (a) In the event that consultations under paragraph 1 of this Article, have failed to resolve the dispute within 50 days after the date of receipt of the request for those consultations, [either Contracting Party in dispute] [the Contracting Parties in dispute, by Agreement] may request the Parties Group to consider the matter.
Multilateral Consultations. In the event a dispute between Parties concerning the interpretation of the MAI has not been resolved through bilateral consultations, either may raise it for consideration by the Parties Group. This would make explicit that the Parties Group could be used to initiate a form of multilateral consultations before a Party invokes binding arbitration. This might also be provided for with regard to an investor to state dispute by or with the agreement of the investor’s Party.

  • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.

  • Tribal Consultation 1. For FEMA Undertakings on Tribal lands or potentially affecting properties of religious and cultural significance to Tribes, and where no tribe-specific consultation agreements or protocols are in place, FEMA shall consult with affected Tribe(s) or in accordance with 36 CFR Part 800. In determining who the affected Tribe(s) may be, FEMA will first establish that it is a type of Undertaking with potential to affect historic properties with religious and cultural significance and may consult with the SHPO and Tribe(s), and may access the National Park Service (NPS) Native American Consultation Database or other tools to identify geographic tribal interests.
