The Municipal Access clause defines the rights and conditions under which a party, typically a utility or telecommunications provider, may access municipal property or infrastructure. Municipal Access. The Municipality shall at all times have the right to use the Facilities for its own purposes, provided that one weeks’ written notice is provided to the Operator. In the case of an emergency, there may be no notice provided to the Operator.

Municipal Access. The Licensee must permit authorized representatives of the City and of the City of Highwood to access the Parking Lot at any time, as needed and in each city’s discretion, with or without notice to the Licensee. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Licensee must provide keys to the City and to the City of Highwood to the Gate.
