LICENCE TO ENTER Sample Clauses

LICENCE TO ENTER. (1) The State hereby grants to the Company an exclusive licence for the Company and its agents contractors and employees to enter, with all necessary vehicles plant and equipment, upon the lands and waters shown in the Site Plan which are to be developed as part of the Project. (2) The licence granted by subclause (1) shall automatically terminate, without the necessity for any notice or any other action by either of the parties — (a) upon termination of this Agreement; (b) as to any particular area subject of the licence, upon that area being — (i) leased to the Company pursuant to clause 9; (ii) granted to the Company in fee simple pursuant to clause 10; (iii) vested in, or placed under the care control or management of, the City or any other authority or instrumentality of the State; or (iv) made the subject of an easement or licence granted to the Company under clause 11; or (c) the completion of all works necessary to implement the Project, whichever occurs soonest. (3) The Company shall permit the State by its officers, employees, agents, and nominees to enter upon the lands and waters the subject of the exclusive licence granted by subclause (1) during the period of that licence to inspect the progress of the Project, and the Company shall afford those officers, employees, agents and nominees such assistance and facilities as they may reasonably require.
LICENCE TO ENTER. (1) The State hereby grants to the Joint Venturers an exclusive licence for the Joint Venturers and their agents contractors and employees to enter, with all necessary vehicles plant and equipment, upon the Xxxxxxx Street Reserve and the Johnsmith Road Reserve for the purpose of carrying out the Redevelopment. (2) The licence granted by subclause (1) shall take effect one month after the Project Commencement Date or such earlier date as the Minister may notify to the Joint Venturers and shall automatically terminate, without the necessity for any notice or any other action by any of the parties — (a) upon termination of this Agreement; (b) as to any particular area subject of the licence, upon that area being — (i) leased to the Joint Venturers pursuant to clause 7; (ii) granted to the Joint Venturers in fee simple pursuant to clause 8; or (c) on the completion of all works necessary to implement the Redevelopment, whichever occurs soonest.
LICENCE TO ENTER. 20.1 If the Partner wishes to access any vacant and unbuilt upon part of the Site prior to Lease Completion in relation to such area, then if the Council consents the Partner may enter onto such area in accordance with the terms set out in Schedule 4. 20.2 The Partner must provide to the Council:- 20.2.1 a copy of all Necessary Consents; and 20.2.2 details of the security and hoarding arrangements, in relation to any works that it proposes to undertake pursuant to Clause 20.1, when requesting access to the Site. If the Partner does not provide such information, the Council may reasonably withhold consent to the request for a licence.
LICENCE TO ENTERThe Developer grants to the Township, and shall retain for itself, a licence to enter upon all parts of the Lands in order to permit all work required by this Agreement to be completed in accordance with all approved plans and specifications. Such licence shall remain in existence until the Township issues a release for the applicable part of the Lands.

LICENCE TO ENTER. 5.1 Subject to the terms of the Contract, the Farmer grants the Contractor, its employees, agents, and any sub-contractors licence to enter the Land solely for the purpose of carrying out the Contractor's obligations under the Contract. This licence is granted in common with the Farmer and all others authorised by the Farmer (so far as is not inconsistent with the Contractor's obligations under the Contract). 5.2 The Farmer and the Contractor acknowledge that: (a) no relationship of landlord and tenant between the Farmer and the Contractor is created by this licence; (b) the Farmer retains control, possession and management of the Land and the Contractor has no right to exclude from the Land the Farmer or anyone authorised by the Farmer; and (c) the Farmer retains ownership of all crops and all produce of the Farm Business produced under the Contract.
LICENCE TO ENTER. 2.1 During the period of Hire you may enter The Capitol and prepare and use the Venue and other areas of the venue included in the Session Rate for the presentation of the event.
LICENCE TO ENTERFor the purpose of performing the obligations on the part of the Buyer contained in this Agreement the Council grants the Buyer (and those authorised by the Buyer) with effect from the date of this Agreement a licence (on a non-exclusive basis) to enter onto and upon the Brighton Centre and the Waterfront East Site in order to perform the obligations on the part of the Buyer contained in this Agreement until such time as this Agreement is determined or, in respect of the Waterfront East Site, if earlier it ceases to perform the Waterfront East Pre-Construction Services following a Waterfront East Pre-Construction Services Delivery Failure when the terms of the licence can be modified by the Council having regard to the Buyer's specific role (if any). Access by the Buyer (and those authorised by the Buyer) shall be at their sole risk and liability and the Buyer shall incept and maintain public liability insurance cover from which it will indemnify and keep the Council indemnified from any claim liability or risk suffered or incurred by the Council as a result of the Buyer exercising such rights.
LICENCE TO ENTER. Medartis shall have a licence to, and the Customer shall procure that Medartis shall have a licence, to come on to any premises where the Products and Ancillary Items are located for the purposes of recovering them.
LICENCE TO ENTERThe Tenant shall permit and grants the Landlord and each member of the Landlord’s Professional Team and any person authorised by any of them to enter the Premises at any reasonable time (but at any time in case of emergency) and whether before or after the Beneficial Occupation Date in order to comply with or exercise any obligation or right under this Agreement or the Lease (whether or not the Lease has been granted or delivered) or to ascertain whether the Tenant is complying with its obligations under this Agreement or the Lease (whether or not the Lease has been granted or delivered) or for any other reasonable purpose (including carrying out any Landlord’s Works), making good any physical damage occasioned and causing as little interference with the proper use and enjoyment of the Premises as reasonably practicable, but not being responsible for any temporary loss damage inconvenience or disruption. With effect from the Beneficial Occupation Date the provisions of clause 4.9.5 of the Lease shall apply to any such entry or works. The provisions of this clause 9 shall also apply notwithstanding the grant of the Lease.
