Municipal Customers. Any Schedule of Service Charges for a Municipal Customer under a Municipal Service Agreement shall conform to the terms and conditions contained in that Municipal Service Agreement.
Municipal Customers. The provisions of this Agreement which obligate Municipal Customers to make payments of Water Development Surcharges, and Wholesale Delivery Charges to the District are made for the express benefit of each of the other Municipal Customers, in addition to the District, and to that extent each of the Municipal Customers shall be a third party beneficiary of such provisions of this Agreement and entitled to enforce them. A Municipal Customer may report a violation of this Agreement to the District and request the District to enforce the Agreement.
Municipal Customers. Municipal Customers may also be considered and permitted by the Authority to use the Facility under a contract. Such Municipal Customers shall be subject to all of the conditions in Section 4.4.3, except the provisions contained in Section 4.4.3.2.
