Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Agreement is intended, or shall be construed, to be a waiver for any purpose by the District of any applicable State limits on municipal liability. No indemnification provision contained in this Agreement under which Licensee indemnifies the District shall be construed in any way to limit any other indemnification provision contained in this Agreement.
Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to be a waiver for any purpose by CPS Energy of any applicable State limits on municipal liability.

Nothing herein shall be construed to waive or limit the City’s immunities, limitation of liability, or defenses under the Kansas Tort Claims Act, or any other law.
Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Wireless Installation Agreement is intended or shall be construed to be a waiver for any purpose by CPS Energy of any applicable State limits on municipal liability.

No indemnification provision contained in this Agreement under which Licensee indemnifies Tacoma Power shall be construed in any way to limit any other indemnification provision contained in this Agreement.
Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Agreement is intended, or shall be construed, to be a waiver for any purpose by KUB of any applicable State limits on municipal liability or governmental immunity. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as a waiver of rights and protections of any party under the Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act. No indemnification provision contained in this Agreement under which Operator indemnifies KUB shall be construed in any way to limit any other indemnification provision contained in this Agreement.
Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Agreement is intended, or shall be construed, to be a waiver for any purpose by JEA of any applicable state limits on municipal liability. No indemnification provision contained in this Agreement under which Licensee indemnifies JEA shall be construed in any way to limit any other indemnification provision contained in this Agreement.
Municipal Liability Limits. No provision of this Agreement is intended, nor shall it be construed, to waive applicable State immunity or limits on the City of Dover’s or DED’s liability.
