- USE, DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION II.10.1 The Contractor shall authorise the Agency to process, use, distribute and publish, for whatever purpose, by whatever means and on whatever medium, any data contained in or relating to the Contract, in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject matter, the duration, the amount paid and the reports. Collection of card When your application is approved by us, we may send you the card, and a renewal or replacement thereof, by ordinary post to the address we have on record for you. In the event you fail to receive the card and unauthorized transactions occur on the card account, you will not be liable for the balances arising therefrom provided you have not acted fraudulently or negligently. We are not liable to you for any loss or damage which you may suffer if you fail to receive the card.
