  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF DISTRICT It shall be the duty of District to:

  • Liability of District 13.1. Other than as provided in this Agreement, District’s financial obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to the payment of the compensation provided in this Agreement.   • Use of District Facilities 3.4.1 The Association, upon request to the School Director, may use District facilities for meetings and other Association business without cost where no additional cost is incurred by the District.   • LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION The subject property is a service apartment bearing a postal address Unit Xx. 00-00X, Xxxxx X, Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx 1/4, Bandar Baru Xxxxx Xxxx, 00000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx. Accommodation of the subject property consists of hall, master bedroom with attached bath/water closet (w.c), two bedrooms, bath/water closet (w.c), balcony and terrace. All other fees, costs and charges relating to the transfer and assignment of the property including any revival cost for abandoned project (if any) shall also be borne solely by the successful Purchaser. Intending Purchaser shall make his own inquiries in respect thereof and the Purchaser shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the same.
