National Certification for Occupational Therapists. Occupational Therapists may participate in the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification process. Activities for this certificate may qualify for board credit through the School District Professional Growth Committee. The School District Professional Growth Committee with the Director, Human Resources will apply the committee’s standards and guidelines to professional work submitted to determine the number of board credits earned through the process. Subd. 4. LICSW - Licensure for Social Workers: Social Workers may participate in the Minnesota State Board of Social Worker licensure process for Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Activities for this license may qualify for board credit through the School District Professional Growth Committee. National Certification for Occupational Therapists. Full-time Occupational Therapists who achieve and maintain National Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) will receive an additional $300 per year. Part-time Occupational Therapists with National Certification will receive a pro-rata amount of this stipend.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace. The Contractor will give written notice to the State within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Contractor, or an employee of the Contractor in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of contract payments, termination of this Contract and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in this Contract is in excess of $25,000.00, the Contractor certifies and agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by:

  • National Certification Any teacher covered by this agreement who is certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards shall be reimbursed up to $2,000 for the costs upon completion of the program. No more than two

  • Final Certificate, Design Professional’s Certificate of Final Completion The Certificate issued by the Design Professional stating that all work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the Contract Documents. See Section 6,
