Necessary Faculty Reduction. 10.5.3.1 It is agreed that the College will make every reasonable attempt to minimize the impact of funding shortfalls and reductions on the work force. Subject to budgetary constraints and the amount of funding available for labour adjustment costs, fairness, flexibility and employee choice will prevail in the implementation of labour adjustment strategies as approved by the College. It is incumbent upon the College to communicate effectively with the faculty and the Association as soon as the impact of any funding reduction or shortfall or profile change has been assessed.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience with large and complex database management systems.

  • Salary Step Advancement No period of unpaid leave shall be counted toward time served for purposes of salary step advancement. Completion of at least 75% of the assigned work year for the employee in a paid status is a prerequisite to salary advancement.

  • PAYMENT FROM OUTSIDE AGENCIES CONTRACTOR shall notify LEA when Medi-Cal or any other agency is billed for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students. Upon request, CONTRACTOR shall provide to LEA any and all documentation regarding reports, billing, and/or payment by Medi-Cal or any other agency for the costs associated with the provision of special education and/or related services to students.
