Needlestick/Sharps Safety. (a) Where workers may be exposed to a blood borne pathogen, the Centre in consultation with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee, shall identify exposure risks and develop and implement an exposure control plan designed to eliminate or reduce to the lowest feasible extent, actual or potential exposure.
