The Board agrees to enter into negotiations with the Union over a successor agreement no later than six (6) weeks after the public meeting of the Board of Trustees at which time the Union successor agreement proposals are presented to the Board as per the requirements of Senate Xxxx 160. Any agreements so negotiated shall be reduced to writing after ratification by the parties.
