Common use of – Negotiation/Bargaining Procedures Clause in Contracts

The following procedures shall serve as generic ground rules and shall be utilized when either Party requests to negotiate or bargain a matter affecting conditions of employment, regardless of whether the subject is covered by this Agreement, or not. The Parties can mutually agree to modify the requirements and timelines herein and/or may opt to use alternate methods of bargaining/negotiation to include but not limited to using electronic and/or face-to-face meetings and communications means.
