Negotiation Leave. The Employer shall allow two (2) employees time off with pay for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Agreement. The Employer shall pay each employee their regular days’ pay for each day they are required to be in attendance at negotiations. The Employer will then bill the Union for all lost wages and the Union will remit payment promptly.
