Common use of Negotiation Leave Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Leave. The Company agrees to allow a maximum of two (2) employees time off with pay to a maximum of forty (40) hours per employee for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Negotiation Leave. The Company agrees to allow a maximum one (1) employee time off, with pay of up to two (2) employees time off with pay to a maximum of forty (40) hours per employee days, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Company shall pay eight (8) hours pay to the employee for each day that the employee is required to be in attendance in negotiations.

Negotiation Leave. The Company agrees to allow a maximum of two one (21) employees employee time off with pay to a maximum off, without loss of forty (40) hours per employee regular hourly pay, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for each day that the employee is required to be in attendance at negotiations provided that such days fall on a regularly scheduled working day for that employee.

The Company agrees to allow a maximum of two (2) employees employees’ time off off, with pay to a maximum of forty (40) hours per employee pay, for the purpose of attending negotiations for the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Company will submit an invoice to the Union for any amount paid to the employee, including benefits, under such leave of absence.
