Negotiation Leave. Section 45.1 If negotiations are scheduled for normal work hours of a negotiations committee member, the Employer agrees to release from duty, without loss of pay, those employees so long as the release does not disrupt xxxxxxx requirements or create overtime. Three (3) employees from each bargaining unit may be subject to release for negotiations. It is understood by all parties that the operations of the Sheriff’s Office take priority over negotiations.
