Common use of Negotiation Leave Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Leave. If the bargaining committees agree to meet to conduct negotiations during working hours, the Board will provide leave with pay for five (5) employees for their time spent in negotiations. The Union will advise the Board of the membership of the Union Bargaining Committee.
