Negotiation Representatives and Release Time. The Union shall designate no more than six (6) representatives who shall be granted reasonable release time for the purposes of contract negotiations. Efforts will be made in the scheduling of negotiations to equalize District release time and non-work time spent in negotiation sessions.

  • UNION REPRESENTATIVE'S VISITS 30.01 Duly authorized full-time representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit the Co-operative for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and unsigned employees and to ensure that the terms of the Collective Agreement are being implemented.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement. If a Party’s Representative becomes unavailable, the Party shall promptly appoint another Representative. Acts and omissions of Representatives shall be deemed to be acts and omissions of the Party.   • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
