Neighborhood Associations. Payments to Home Owners Associations, Condominium Owners Associations will be Owner responsibility. Manager charges monthly fee to work with all HOA’s, as their requirements are time intensive, leases, keys, move ins, move outs, etc. PropM, Inc. is not responsible for homeowners HOA/COA payments, late fees, fines and the like.

Neighborhood Associations. The issues addressed in this Agreement have been agreed upon by the Licensee, CNA, ANAs, neighbors and the SW Crime Prevention Coordinator from the City of Portland’s Office of Neighborhood Involvement. We acknowledge that this document represents the good faith effort by all parties to resolve the issues identified within. This Agreement is founded in the belief that a successful business relies, in part, on the strength, cooperation, and support of the neighborhood around it, and that the strength of the neighborhood relies, in part, on the responsibility, vitality, and strength of the businesses operating within it. XXX and CNA will establish a Joint GGR GNA Committee (JGGC) to administer this agreement under the direction of both XXX and CNA. DURATION This Agreement shall be in effect as of the date stated above and shall be evaluated in six months from the opening date of the establishment. The JGGC will schedule this meeting. This Agreement applies to the business as a medical marijuana dispensary. If Oregon voter pass laws allowing for the recreational use of marijuana and GGR’s business model changes, XXX, CNA and neighbors would request to meet with the owner to establish a new GNA. As of the date of this agreement, GGR does not intend to operate a recreational marijuana facility at this location if the laws change. GOALS OF THE AGREEMENT

  • HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 9.1 The Purchaser acknowledges that it is anticipated that the Property will fall under the jurisdiction of the HOA, being a new Homeowners’ Association which shall come/came into existence on registration of transfer of the first Erf in the Development from the Seller to a third party purchaser, it being recorded that the HOA is established for the benefit of, inter alia, all of owners of xxxxx in the Development and to control and maintain roads, services and amenities within, inter alia, the Development.

  • Associations Where Associations are shown as Special Terms in the Rights Table relating to Firm Rights, Network Rail’s Flexing Rights shall not be used to break such Associations.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.

  • Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.

  • Leave for Association Business The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses selected by the Association to attend Association business including conferences, conventions and Provincial Committee meetings and to any nurse elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. The cumulative total leave of absence, the amount of notice, the number of nurses that may be absent at any time from one area and the number of days (including those of the Local Co-ordinator) is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. During such leave of absence, a nurse's salary and applicable benefits or percentage in lieu of fringe benefits shall be maintained by the Hospital and the local Association agrees to reimburse the Hospital in the amount of the daily rate of the full-time nurse or in the amount of the full cost of such salary and percentage in lieu of fringe benefits of a part-time nurse except for Provincial Committee meetings which will be reimbursed by the Association. The Hospital will bill the local Association within a reasonable period of time. Part-time nurses will receive service and seniority credit for all leaves granted under this Article.
