Neighborhood Watch Program. Contractor shall implement a neighborhood watch program in cooperation with the City Representative and City’s Police Chief. The purpose of the program is to enhance the standard of living in City’s neighborhoods by utilizing Contractor’s drivers and supervisors to keep a watchful eye out for flagged activities or circumstances. Contractor will work with City to identify preferred reporting methodologies as well as the identification of certain problem areas or flagged actives or circumstances. Contractor will train drivers on how to safely report potential incidents of crime, vandalism or child safety.
