Network License. Licensee may install the Licensed Materials designated in the applicable License Certificate on an unlimited number of Computers and permit Use of such Licensed Materials solely by the Licensee’s personnel, solely for Licensee’s internal business needs, only so long as the maximum number of concurrent authorized users does not exceed the Permitted Number of authorized users.
Network License a licensing mechanism comprising a license file and accompanying software managing the number of concurrent users of the Software.

Notwithstanding Section 18 TRANSFER, if Licensee has purchased a Network License (LAN or WAN), Licensee shall not run concurrently more instances of Software than the number specified in License Configuration. The conditions stated in this EUSLMA are applicable to each License and to each Licensee.

Network License. If Licensee acquires a Network License (also known as a Floating License or Concurrent-Use License), access to and use of the Licensed Materials will be controlled by a single License Server located at a single designated Licensee facility (or other mutually agreed location) within the Territory. Authorized Users may access and use the Licensed Materials solely on Licensee-owned or -controlled computing devices served by the License Server and License Manager, provided that access to or use of the Licensed Materials at any one time shall in no event exceed the number of Network Licenses lawfully acquired by Licensee for such Licensed Materials, and subject to the following additional restrictions relating to location of use:
(i) Local Area Network (LAN) License. If a Network License is designated as a Local Network License, the Licensed Materials may only be installed, accessed or used at a single designated Licensee facility (“Designated Site”) within the Territory; except that Licensee employees customarily associated with the Designated Site may also access and use the Licensed Materials (on Licensee-owned or -controlled computing devices) from their place of residence (but no other offsite location) within the Territory, by remote access to Licensee’s network and the License Server through secure virtual private network (VPN).
Network License. If the Entitlement specifies that it is a Network License, Customer may allocate the applicable Licensed Units across the licensed number of Software instances provided that (i) such instances are all running on the Customer Network specified in Customer‘s Entitlement; (ii) the total number of Licensed Units does not exceed the number licensed under that Entitlement and (iii) a Usage Monitor is used to validate (i) and (ii) and to report such usage to Juniper. Customer shall not alter or disable the Usage Monitor at any time during the term of the network license and shall not disable, alter or destroy the Usage Monitor, its connection to Juniper or any data collected by such Usage Monitor. If the network license is granted as to a particular number of Licensed Units, then all licensed copies of the software in the Customer Network may not be used to support in the aggregate more than that number of Licensed Units.
Network License. If a Network License has been purchased for any of The Material, The Material may be used on a series of single computers, or a single networked group of computers, within the physical confines of the User's business operation.
