License File. Promptly after Acceptance of such an Order Form, ISB shall provide Licensee with a license file for the Licensed Software per OEM Product, and Licensee shall load the license file in the Licensed Software.

Should the computer or server on which the Software is used be out of order or replaced during the License File’s validity period, Licensee can obtain a new License File for use of the Software on another single computer or server, after having certified in writing to Materialise Medical End-User Software License Agreement – L-100418-07 Licenser that the previous computer or server is no longer in use and after having paid an administrative fee.

Upon acceptance of this License the Licensee will be provided with a license file (the "License File") containing necessary data to enable the Software to operate in accordance with the terms of this License. The License File is part of the Software and is subject to this License. The Licensee agrees to use the License File solely to activate and use the Software in compliance with this License and not to share the License File with any unauthorized user.
License File. Each installation of software must be properly licensed using a valid license file. LICENSOR expressly prohibits any tampering of the license file or license mechanism within the software in order to gain operational benefit from the software or for the purposes of distributing the software to other parties not connected with the original licensing organization. LICENSE REVOCATION LICENSOR reserves the right to revoked any software license for any reason, including, but not limited to breach of this agreement or if piracy is detected. DISTRIBUTION CUSTOMER may install and use the SOFTWARE on multiple computers within their local area network (LAN). CUSTOMER is expressly forbidden to distribute SOFTWARE in any form or manner to any parties outside of their organization. MODIFICATIONS AND REVERSE ENGINEERING CUSTOMER shall not create derivative tools from the licensed software. CUSTOMER shall not reverse engineer SOFTWARE and shall not allow SOFTWARE to be reverse engineered.
