NETWORK PROVIDER CLASSES. The following provider classes will be utilized for the Department’s network analysis. The Contractor will provide its FAMIS membership with sufficient access to the following provider classes, but is not required to contract with each subtype so long as the members have access to these categories. Health care provider taxonomy codes for these provider classes are provided in the MCTM and will be used to assess network adequacy.
