The City shall supply the Union with the following information on a monthly basis for new employees: name, home address, personal phone and email (if a member offers), job classification and title, department, division, work location, date of hire, hourly or salary status, compensation rate. The City shall also notify the Union on a monthly basis regarding employee status changes for employees who have transferred into a bargaining unit position and any employees who are no longer in the bargaining unit.
