New Employee Interview. All new employees will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to thirty (30) minutes during the employee’s probationary period, without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of such meeting will be to acquaint the employee(s) with such representative of the Union and the collective agreement. These interviews will be scheduled in advance and may be arranged collectively or individually by the Hospital. Interviews for employees who are transferred into the bargaining unit shall be scheduled by the Hospital with a union representative within thirty (30) days of the transfer.
