NEW EMPLOYEE INTRODUCTION TO XXXXXXX. On commencing employment, the Employer shall introduce the new employee to the Union Xxxxxxx who shall then provide them with a copy of the Collective Agreement and shall explain the rights and privileges under this Agreement. The Xxxxxxx shall be allowed fifteen (15) minutes with the employee during business hours for such purpose and shall suffer no loss of pay.
