Drug Plan. 10.16.1 The employer shall contribute toward the yearly administration cost and claims under an ASO Group Drug Plan for each employee.
Drug Plan a) The prescription drug provisions of the PEBT extended health plans will be amended, subject to paragraph (b), to provide coverage in accordance with the BlueRX Formulary and implementation of the BlueNet pay direct card.
Drug Plan. All part-time employees who have completed their probationary period, will be provided with a drug plan at a rate of the cost of the drug. Spouses and dependent children of part-time employees who have completed the probationary period may purchase their drugs at cost. The cost to part-time employees for drugs purchased will be the same cost as the drug benefit recipient pays. This applies on behalf of purchases for employees and their dependents. No co-pay applies.

Drug Plan. The Drug plan will be modified as necessary to require generic substitutions for drugs covered by the plan unless otherwise prescribed by the employee's doctor. The parties will meet to discuss the implementation of this modification to the drug plan.

The Employer will provide full-time employees who have completed their probationary period as outlined in Article 6.02 with a prepaid drug prescription plan Green Shield Plan “O” (with no deductible) but at a cost to the employee of three dollars ($3.00) per prescription and twelve dollar $12.00 dispensing fee cap to include Green Shield Extended Health T4 with a $10,000 maximum or equivalent plans, and will pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premium charged therefore as amended from time to time. Coverage under such plans shall be single or family to include all dependents as applicable. This benefit will be payable the first billing date following the completion of the probationary period. The drug plan shall provide for mandatory product selection (generic selection) in accordance with the Green Shield Pre-Paid Service Inc. procedures. It is understood that the individual physician retains the right to specify no substitutions if deemed necessary.
