NEW JOB. 40.1. When a new job is created created, the company Company may assign an employee Employee to such job for a period not to exceed forty-five exceeding thirty (4530) working worked days. It shall be the responsibility of the Company to establish a wage rate and classification for such new job within twentytwenty (20) worked days of commencement of the new job. The Company agrees to discuss with the Committee and provide all such data used to arrive at the new classification and rate. 40.2. The normal Grievance procedure will apply if Agreement is not reached between the parties.
