New Mexico Medicaid Managed Care Program Updates. Until this Agreement’s termination in accordance with this Article IV, any modifications or updates required to comply with, or conform to, modifications or updates to regulations or the MMCSA (including related communications, such as letters of direction) made by HCA or any federal or State regulatory authority applicable to Medical Services Entity’s provision of services to Members, for the State of New Mexico’s Medicaid Program by whatever name called, shall be deemed agreed to and incorporated herein by reference upon written notice of such modifications or updates to Medical Service Entity by Corporation.
