Updates to Regulations. ‌ EDA may issue changes from time to time to the regulations in chapter III of 13 CFR and OMB may issue changes from time to time to the regulations at 2 CFR part 200. Recipient must adhere to any such regulatory change in administering the RLF Award as of the effective date of such change. However, RLF loans made by Recipient prior to the effective date of the change are not affected unless so required by law. In the event of a conflict between these RLF Standard Terms and Conditions and the regulations in chapter III of 13 CFR or 2 CFR part 200, the regulations will control.
