NEW TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM. 8.1 In accordance with X.O.1 “New Teacher Induction” and part X.2 “Teacher Performance Appraisal” of the Education Act, and in Ontario Regulation 99/02, as amended and Regulation 266/06, all new Teachers must successfully complete the New Teacher Induction Program.
