New Teacher Inservice Compensation. (See 11.5) New teachers will be compensated at the daily BA-0 Step 1 rate for the succeeding school year for attendance on these days and shall receive their pay on or before August 31. Teachers who attend new-teacher inservices offered by a building principal or by central administration during the school year shall be remunerated at the CEU rate (5.11). Attendance shall be optional.
