Night Premium. The company is relieved of the obligation to pay night premiums. If crew call time is 14:00 or later on more than 2 consecutive days the Night Premium clause shall be activated as follows: all work performed between the hours of midnight and 5:00 a.m. shall have an additional 25% added to the hourly rate of pay and shall be paid at the rate in use and effect.
