Night Shift Premium. 10.01 Every hourly-rated employee shall be paid a night shift premium of $1.00 per hour for work performed by him/her and required by the Company after four (4:00) p.m. in a day and before seven-thirty (7:30) a.m. in the following day, provided however, that such premiums shall not be paid for any time worked in respect of which overtime premium is payable. For the purposes of this Agreement, such night shift premium shall not be considered as forming part of an employee's hourly rate.
