No Charter. No Ship is subject to any Charter other than a Permitted Charter.
No Charter. Except as disclosed by the Borrowers to the Facility Agent in writing on or before the date of this Agreement, no Ship is subject to any Charter other than a Permitted Charter.
No Charter unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Lender (such permission not to be unreasonably withheld), the Vessel will not on or before the Drawdown Date be subject to any charter or contract nor to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the Drawdown Date would have required the consent of the Lender under any of the Security Documents and there will not on or before the Drawdown Date be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the Vessel may be shared with any other person;
No Charter. Except as disclosed by the Owner to the Lender in writing, the Ship is not subject to any Charter.
No Charter save for any Assignable Charterparty and unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Lender, the Vessel will not on or before the Delivery Date be subject to any charter or contract nor to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the Delivery Date would have required the consent of the Lender under any of the Finance Documents and there will not on or before the Delivery Date be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the Vessel may be shared with any other person;
No Charter. (a) Except for the Existing Charters, or another Permitted Charter, no Ship is subject to any Charter.
(b) There has been no material breach by any party of any Existing Charters or, if applicable, Permitted Charter.
No Charter. The Vessel is not subject to any Charter other than the Bareboat Charters and the Time Charter.
No Charter save for the Charterparty and unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Bank, the Vessel will not on or before the first Drawdown Date be subject to any charter or contract nor to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the first Drawdown Date would have required the consent of the Bank under any of the Security Documents and there will not on or before the first Drawdown Date be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the Vessel may be shared with any other person;
No Charter save for any relevant Charterparty and unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Bank, neither of the Vessels will on or before the relevant Drawdown Date be subject to any charter or contract nor to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the relevant Drawdown Date would have required the consent of the Bank under any of the Security Documents and there will not on or before the relevant Drawdown Date be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the relevant Vessel may be shared with any other person;
No Charter save for the C & Shipping Charterparty and unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Bank, the Vessel will not on or before the Drawdown Date be subject to any charter or contract nor to any agreement to enter into any charter or contract which, if entered into after the Drawdown Date would have required the consent of the Bank under any of the Security Documents and there will not on or before the Drawdown Date be any agreement or arrangement whereby the Earnings of the Vessel may be shared with any other person;
