Housing Fee. Resident agrees to pay Provider a Housing Fee that is payable in two equal per-semester installments during the Term in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The Housing Fee is shown on Exhibit A to this Agreement. The Housing Fee is payable on a per-semester basis and must be received by University of behalf of Provider no later than 5:00 p.m. on the date for payment of Housing Fees for the semester as shown on the University Housing website (xxx.XxxxxxxxXxxxx.xxx/xxxx). Payment in full must be made for each semester regardless of Resident’s move-in date.

Housing Fee. Student agrees to pay housing fees each semester according to the payment policy in the Undergraduate Bulletin. Housing fees due for the Fall and Spring semesters are placed on Student’s account upon registration for classes for that semester. The University reserves the right to remove Student from university housing for non-payment of Student’s account of charges (including but not limited to: tuition, bookstore charges, parking fines, and meal plan fees).
Housing Fee. The Resident shall pay the University monthly Housing Fee in the amount indicated above. The Resident will be billed by Campus Solutions (CS) and payment can be made via Cal Central. Payment is due on the 1st day of the month. Consequences of late payment may include registration holds and escalated collection efforts, up to and including termination of this Agreement and your right to use the apartment and access to the apartment. It is your responsibility to ensure that payments are received by the Campus Billing and Payment Office on time. Late payments and/or holds will be shown on your Cal Central account. Fees will also be assessed for any returned checks, and you are liable under Civil Code section 1719 for triple the amount of the check (a minimum of $100 and a maximum of $1,500) if you have not provided funds necessary to cover the check within 30 days following a written demand. You are responsible for monitoring charges on your student account and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner. Note, charges on your student account may have different due dates. Do not assume all charges are due at the same time. Payments made to your student account will apply to the oldest invoices first. If you have past due charges, payments will apply to these charges and will not be redirected to pay newer charges. Any additional miscellaneous charges, which include damage or key replacement charges that may accrue on your account during a given month are payable in the following month. These charges will appear on Cal Central or Portal accounts for postdoctoral fellows. It is your responsibility to pay any charges that you incur. The same deadlines, service charges, and penalties apply to delinquent accounts as detailed above. If your account becomes delinquent, it may be referred for collection with the assessment of collection costs, and any additional legal costs incurred in collecting the outstanding balance. Notwithstanding any referral to a collection agency, the University retains the right to terminate the Agreement and your use of the Apartment and access to the Apartment and the University may serve a three-day notice to perform covenant or quit, to make payment or quit, or to quit, as appropriate. In the event that you do not pay the required housing fees by the established deadline, this Agreement may be terminated.
