No Dealing. The Company shall not deal with the Assigned Moneys or operate the Assigned Accounts except with the prior written consent of the Security Trustee or otherwise than is permitted by the Accounts Agreement.
No Dealing. (a) Project Co and the Stadium Operator may not assign, novate or otherwise transfer any of its rights or obligations under this agreement except in accordance with an assignment, novation or transfer of the Project Agreement or the Operator Agreement in accordance with their relevant terms (as the case may be).
No Dealing. GF Netherlands is not engaged in the business of trading in securities or exchange contracts as a principal or agent and does not hold itself out as engaging in the business of trading in securities or exchange contracts as a principal or agent, or is otherwise exempt from any requirements to be registered as a dealer under National Instrument 31-103 - Registration Requirements and Exemptions. No Dealing. (a) Other than pursuant to this Agreement, each Stockholder agrees not to engage in any Dealing in relation to the Parent Shares until after the Share Exchange Closing Date.

Seller is not engaged in the business of trading in securities or exchange contracts as a principal or agent and does not hold himself out as engaging in the business of trading in securities or exchange contracts as a principal or agent, or is otherwise exempt from any requirements to be registered as a dealer under National Instrument 31-103 –Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations.
No Dealing. No Shareholder shall do, or agree to do, any of the following during the continuance of this Agreement except with the prior written consent of the other Shareholder or otherwise in accordance with clauses 16 to 18 (inclusive) of this Agreement:

No Dealing. When in possession of inside information, you must not deal in price affected eBay stock or securities (as principal or agent). Again, as set out above, this applies even if a “trading window” is otherwise open or if you have an objective justifiable reason for the purchase or sale. You must not do this whether the dealing takes place on the market (e.g. NASDAQ) or through a professional intermediary such as a broker.
