NO DISCRIMINATION/HARASSMENT. 10.01 There shall be no discrimination by the Board or the Association or any Occasional Teacher against any Occasional Teacher because of membership or non-membership in any lawful union or lawful activity therein. 10.02 The Board and the Association agree that every employee has a right to freedom from harassment and /or discrimination in the workplace. Allegations of harassment and/or discrimination will be dealt with under the Board policies.
