No District Responsibility Sample Clauses
No District Responsibility. The Union acknowledges its legal responsibility to fulfill its obligations under this Agency Fee provision. The Union further acknowledges that the District has no legal responsibility to assure the Union’s compliance with these provisions nor any other requirements imposed by the laws regulating Agency Fee arrangements.
No District Responsibility. The District does not assume any obligation or responsibility for damage, loss, or deterioration of any property placed, used or left on the Rodeo Grounds or the Premises, or within the Caretaker’s Residence, by the Caretaker or by any other person.
