No Employee Disputes. There are no controversies pending or, to the best of the Borrower's knowledge after diligent inquiry, threatened between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and any of their respective employees, other than those arising in the ordinary course of business which could not, in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.

There are no controversies pending or, to the best of each Borrower's knowledge after diligent inquiry, threatened between CBI or any of its Subsidiaries and any of their respective employees, other than those arising in the ordinary course of business which could not, in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
No Employee Disputes. (a) No Target Entity is currently involved in any dispute with any union or Employee and no Target Entity has been involved in any such dispute at any time within the 6 months preceding the date of this agreement that will, or would reasonably be likely to, have a Material Adverse Effect on Stayz Group. No Target Entity is aware of any reason that will, or could reasonably be expected to, give rise to such a dispute.
No Employee Disputes. Neither the Seller nor any Target Group Company has been involved in any dispute with any union or Employee at any time within the 6 months preceding the date of this deed that will, or would reasonably be likely to, have a Material Adverse Effect on any Target Group Company. With respect to the Employee superannuation funds, the Seller has complied with its obligations imposed under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 (Cth), including the prescribed minimum level of superannuation support in respect of each Employee has been provided so as not to incur a shortfall amount under the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992 (Cth).
No Employee Disputes. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.20, there are no applications, claims, complaints or proceedings pending or, to the best of any Loan Party’s knowledge, threatened between such Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries and any of their respective employees, other than those arising in the ordinary course of business which would not, in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to cause a Material Adverse Change.
No Employee Disputes. Neither the Target Entity nor, so far as the Seller is aware, the Manager, has been involved in any dispute with any union or Employee at any time within the 6 months preceding the date of this deed that will, or would reasonably be likely to, have a Material Adverse Effect on the relevant entity.
No Employee Disputes. To the Knowledge of Naked Edge, there are no disputes or disciplinary actions pending or threatened between Naked Edge and any current or prospective employee. Naked Edge has no management, employment or other contracts for employment or executive services with any employees.
No Employee Disputes. The Seller has not been involved in any industrial relations dispute, industrial action or proceeding in the Fair Work Commission (or in any other tribunal or court) with any Transferring Employees at any time within the three years preceding the date of this agreement and, so far as the Seller is aware, there are no circumstances likely to give rise to any such dispute, action or proceeding which are likely to affect or may affect the Buyer’s employment of the Transferring Employees.
