The parties acknowledge and agree that the Agreement is in full and final settlement of all matters, claims and demands however described whether or not any matter, claim or demand is specifically addressed within the Agreement The parties to this Agreement undertake to not pursue any further claims as to wage increases/decreases, or improvements/reductions to conditions of employment, whether they be award or over-award, during the life of this Agreement. The parties further undertake to not, during the life of this Agreement, initiate any campaigns of direct industrial action intended to secure new and improved rates and conditions during the term of this agreement or at the end of this Agreement.
