NO EXTRA CLAIMS. a) The Employees shall not pursue any extra claims for the life of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, there shall be no industrial action for the purpose of supporting or advancing claims against the Company until the Agreement’s nominal expiry date has passed and the requirements of the Act have been satisfied. b) Where any disagreement arises, the parties shall follow the Dispute Settlement Procedure contained in this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that the terms of this agreement represent the totality of all matters in the employment relationship and that no industrial action shall be taken in support of any matter whatsoever which is covered or not covered by this agreement until its nominal expiry date has passed and the requirements of the Act have been satisfied.
