NO EXTRA CLAIMS. 18.1 As of 31 October 2005 this clause shall cease to have effect and will be regarded by the parties as severed from this Agreement. 18.2 The Union and the employees will not pursue any extra claims relating to wages or changes to conditions of employment, whether dealt with in this agreement or not; This Agreement covers all matters or claims which could otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 ; Neither the employees, nor any party to this Agreement, will engage in protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 . 18.3 This clause is subject to clause 19.
