NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, no extra claims relating to wages or conditions of employment will be pursued which would otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Xxx 0000, as amended.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. To the full extent permitted by law, you promise and covenant that you will not initiate, prosecute, or maintain any legal claim, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Company related in any way to your employment. However, this covenant shall not prevent either party from seeking to enforce this Release or to challenge the enforceability of this Release under the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. It is agreed by the parties that up to the nominal expiry date of this agreement: • the employer, employees or union or unions will not pursue any extra wages claims, whether Award or over Award; • the employer, employees or the union will not seek any changes to conditions of employment;
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Terms of settlement of this Agreement are that there will be no extra claims sought or paid for the nominal period of this Agreement.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, this Agreement covers all matters or claims that could otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the Workplace Relations Act 2006, as amended (“Act”).
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. The Parties represent that they have no lawsuits, claims, complaints or actions pending in their names, or on behalf of any other person or entity, against another Party or any other person or entity referred to herein in any court, whether federal or in any state, or before any government agency or entity. Employee and the Company also represent that they do not intend to bring or to participate in any way in the bringing of any civil or criminal claims on behalf of themselves or on behalf of any other person or entity against the other or any person or entity referred to herein.

Up to the nominal expiry date of this Agreement, the Parties will not pursue any extra claims relating to wages or changes to conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in this Agreement or not. The Agreement covers all matters or claims, which would otherwise be the subject of protected industrial action under the: NSW Industrial Relations Act, 1996.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. This Agreement covers all matters or claims regarding the employment of the employees, which could otherwise be the subject of protected action.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. Yang further agrees and represents that he will not in the future file, participate in, instigate or encourage the filing of any lawsuit by any person or entity in any state or federal court or any proceeding before any local, state or federal agency claiming that ePhone has violated any local, state or federal laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations, including but not limited to any laws, statutes or regulations of the State of California or concerning any allegations of: sexual harassment; retaliation; breach of contract; breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing; inducement of breach; wrongful or unlawful discharge or demotion; violation of public policy; invasion of privacy; slander; intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress; fraud; intentional or negligent misrepresentation; conspiracy; failure to pay wages, benefits, vacation pay, severance pay, expenses, or other compensation of any sort; defamation; unlawful effort to prevent employment; discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, religion, age, disability, handicap, medical condition, marital status or any other protected class; any claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII, as amended), 42 U.S.C. ss. 2000, et seq., ADEA, OWBPA or FEHA; violation of the COBRA; violation of OSHA or any other worker health and/or safety laws, statutes or regulations; violation of ERISA; violation of the Internal Revenue Code; or any other tortious or otherwise wrongful conduct, based upon events occurring prior to the date of the execution of this Agreement.
NO FUTURE CLAIMS. During the life of This Agreement and completion of the Project, the Parties will not pursue any extra claims relating to wages or changes to conditions of employment or any other matters related to the employment of the employees, whether dealt with in This Agreement or not.
