No Interference with City Facilities. Company Facilities shall not unreasonably interfere with any City facilities, including water facilities, sanitary or storm sewer facilities, communications facilities, or other City uses of the Streets, Public Utility Easements or Other City Property. Company Facilities shall be installed and maintained in City Streets, Public Utility Easements, and Other City Property so as to reasonably minimize interference with other property, trees, and other improvements and natural features in and adjoining the Streets and Other City Property in light of the Company’s obligation under Colorado law to provide safe and reliable utility facilities and services.

Company Facilities shall be installed and maintained in City Streets and Other City Property so as to reasonably minimize interference with other property, trees, and other improvements and natural features in and adjoining the Streets and Other City Property in light of the Company’s obligation under Colorado law to provide safe and reliable utility facilities and services, and subject to the obligations of the Company regarding permitting and inspection. Notwithstanding anything in this subsection C. to the contrary, the Company shall comply with all applicable City standards and specifications for any work undertaken in the City Streets and Public Utility Easements, subject to the provisions of Section 3.3 above.
