No Just Cause. Except in the case of dismissal for just cause, employees who have completed their probationary period shall be given fourteen (14) calendar days notice of termination of employment or two (2) weeks pay in lieu thereof.

No Just Cause. Except in the case of dismissal for just cause, employees who have completed their period shall be given fourteen (14) calendar days notice of termination of employment or two (2) weeks pay in lieu thereof. An employee voluntarily leaving the service of the Board shall be required to give the Superintendent or delegate fourteen (14) calendar days notice in writing of termination of employment.
No Just Cause. During their probationary period or any extension thereof, a probationary employee may be disciplined or discharged in the sole discretion of the Employer without regard to just cause, and neither the employee nor the Guild shall have any recourse to the grievance and arbitration procedure of this Agreement.

  • For Cause For a material breach that remains uncured for more than thirty calendar days or other specified period after written notice to the Contractor, the Contract or Purchase Order may be terminated by the Commissioner or Authorized User respectively, at the Contractor’s expense where Contractor becomes unable or incapable of performing, or meeting any requirements or qualifications set forth in the Contract, or for non-performance, or upon a determination that Contractor is non-responsible. Such termination shall be upon written notice to the Contractor. In such event, the Commissioner or Authorized User may complete the contractual requirements in any manner it may deem advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach.
