The Boards Rights Re Employees. The Union recognizes the undisputed right of the Board to operate and manage the schools in accordance with its commitments and responsibilities, and to make and alter from time to time, rules and regulations to be observed by employees, which rules and regulations shall not be contrary to any provisions of this Agreement. Such rules and regulations or amendments will be communicated in writing to the Union. The Board shall always have the undisputed right to hire employees, and subject to this Agreement, the right to discipline, demote and discharge employees for just cause.
